Someone asked your church for help. What happened next?

Most ministries never find out. CMinLink listens to the need — by chat or voice, in English or Spanish — matches it to your community’s services, then does what a list never could: follows up and records the outcome. Every referral, closed with an answer.

From need to outcome,
in one unbroken loop

Whether someone walks through your door, calls, or messages at midnight — nothing falls through, and nothing is forgotten.

1

Listen

Chat or voice, in English, Spanish, or their own language. A person describes the need in their own words.

2

Match

CMinLink matches the need against your community’s verified directory — hours, eligibility, and location included.

3

Refer

Your team reviews, then shares details by print, text, or email — with consent recorded when it’s a text.

4

Follow up

Reminders reach your volunteers; a gentle check-in text reaches the person helped. Nobody has to remember.

5

Learn

The outcome is recorded. Your reports show what worked, what didn’t, and where your community’s gaps are.

Then it begins again — and every closed loop makes the next match smarter.

Answers from the list you trust — not the internet’s guesses

CMinLink recommends only from the directory your team builds and maintains: the organizations you actually work with, described by the people who’ve called the number and shaken the hand.

  • A web search returns whatever ranks — programs that ended years ago, wrong hours, phone numbers that ring to nowhere.
  • A generic AI chatbot answers confidently from the whole internet — and can invent an organization that has never existed.
  • CMinLink answers only from your curated directory. Every recommendation is a place your ministry knows — with hours, eligibility, and notes your own volunteers keep current.
  • Add each organization and the specific services it provides — with per-service notes, hours, and contacts
  • Open or closed is computed live — a 2 AM chat never sends a family to a locked door
  • Data-quality reports flag stale or incomplete entries, so the list stays worthy of the trust you put in it
  • Print the whole directory for the desk drawer, the welcome table, and the volunteer binder
  • Founding Partners: we seed and verify your first directory with you, side by side

Everything a ministry needs to
turn compassion into outcomes

Purpose-built for church benevolence and community ministry teams — not adapted from enterprise case management.

Conversational intake

Type or speak what someone needs — “eviction notice and two kids” — and CMinLink matches services from your own verified directory.

Referrals that close

Every referral gets an owner, a follow-up date, and a recorded outcome. The wondering is over.

Follow-up that runs itself

A morning digest tells your team who’s due for a check-in — and, with consent, a text asks the person you helped whether they connected.

Speaks their language

The assistant converses in Spanish and dozens of other languages, by text or voice.

Privacy as a covenant

Anonymous sessions for walk-ins, consent recorded before any text is sent, and retention rules the software itself enforces.

Your data is yours.

Full export of every referral, every provider, and every record on every plan, any time — including during your trial. If you leave, you leave with everything. We do not sell or share your data, ever.

Your price is your price.

The rate you start on is the rate you keep, for as long as your subscription stays active on that plan. When we raise prices, existing plans don’t move. Change plans and you’ll pay whatever that plan costs on the day you change. No contracts, no minimum term, cancel any time.

Questions a budget committee will ask

We have 25 volunteers. Does that mean 25 fees?

No. You pay one price for your whole organization, not per person. Each plan includes a set number of staff and volunteer accounts — the counts are on the plans above — and adding, removing, or replacing people inside that number costs nothing. A volunteer who serves one Saturday a month costs you the same as one who serves every day: nothing extra.

Do we have to type in every organization ourselves?

No. Your directory arrives with providers for your county already loaded, on every plan. On Engage we spend a live onboarding call with you adding the local partners you already work with. On Outreach we import your existing list — spreadsheet, binder, whatever you have — and check back at day 30 to clean it up with you. Your directory is unlimited on every plan, so there is never a reason not to add a provider.

What happens when the free trial ends?

We email you before it does, and again as it gets close. If you pick a plan, everything continues exactly as it is. If you don’t, your account pauses — nothing is deleted, and you can export every record on your way out or come back later and pick up where you left off. We don’t ask for a card to start the trial, so nothing charges automatically and there’s nothing to remember to cancel.

Can our price go up?

Not yours. The rate you start on is the rate you keep, for as long as your subscription stays active on that plan. When we raise prices — and eventually we will — existing plans don’t move. The one exception is if you change plans yourself, in which case you pay what that plan costs on the day you change. There’s no contract and no minimum term either, so this is a promise we make while you’re free to walk away, which is the only kind worth making.

What if we outgrow our plan?

You move up whenever you want, from inside the app, and the change takes effect immediately — we prorate, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the month. Nothing breaks while you’re near a limit: the only thing a plan limits is how many staff and volunteer accounts exist. Referrals, providers, and the people you serve are unlimited on every plan, so growing your ministry never costs you more. You can move back down too.

Can we get our data out?

All of it, any time, on every plan — including during the trial. Every referral, every provider, every record, in standard formats you can open in a spreadsheet. We think a church should be able to leave with everything it brought and everything it built, and we’d rather say so plainly than bury it. We don’t sell or share your data with anyone, ever, and we don’t use what’s in your account to train anything.

For Network — is a “site” a campus or a congregation?

A separate congregation with its own directory and its own team. If you’re one church meeting at three addresses with one benevolence team and one shared list of providers, that’s one site — Outreach is probably your plan, not Network. If you’re an association, a presbytery, or a district where each congregation runs its own care ministry and keeps its own records, each of those is a site. If you’re not sure which you are, that’s a good five-minute conversation — book a demo and we’ll tell you honestly, including if the answer is the cheaper plan.

Who can see the names of the people we help?

Only the people at your church you give access to. Your records live in your own database, separate from every other organization’s — no shared pool. Inside your church, permission levels control who sees what, so a Saturday volunteer can log a referral without seeing anyone’s case history. Records are encrypted, every access is logged, and someone who doesn’t want their name in a system can be helped anonymously. We can’t sell what we can’t see, and we’ve built it so that we mostly can’t see it.

Is there a nonprofit discount?

These are the nonprofit prices. There’s no higher commercial rate we’re discounting from — CMinLink was built for churches and nonprofits and priced for them, by a nonprofit. That said, we hold a small number of subsidized deployments each year for organizations where the price is genuinely the barrier rather than the question. If that’s you, write to us and tell us about your ministry.

Will you still be here in two years?

Fair question, and the honest answer is that we’ve structured things so that our disappearing wouldn’t take your work with it. CMinLink is a program of Bridgeway Community Initiatives, Inc., a North Carolina nonprofit with a board — not a side project, and not a venture-funded startup that needs to be sold. We’re priced to cover what it costs to run, not to hit a growth target, which is why there’s no free tier we’d eventually have to kill. And every plan lets you export everything, always. If we ever couldn’t continue, you’d leave with your entire directory and every referral record intact.

Ten churches will shape this platform. Yours could be one.

CMinLink is new, and the decisions that shape it are still open. Founding Partners work through the early build alongside us — close in, while the product is still taking form. We build from what churches tell us, and always will. Founding Partners are simply the first at the table, and what we learn together is what makes this work for every church that follows.

What a Founding Partner gets

  • Your directory built with you, not handed to you — we sit down with your existing list, your county’s providers, and your referral partners, and build it together.
  • A direct line to the team who writes the software. Not a ticket queue.
  • Real influence on the roadmap. Six months of Founding Partner feedback is what decides what ships next.
  • Public recognition as a Founding Partner, for as long as CMinLink exists.

What we ask in return

  • Permission to name your church as a Founding Partner.
  • One case-study conversation — your church approves anything we publish.
  • A 30-minute feedback call each month for six months.

Cancel any time — there’s no contract. Your data exports in full, free, whenever you ask.

Talk to us about a Founding Partnership

Founding Partnerships are agreed in a conversation, not a checkout. We’ll walk through whether it’s a fit for where your church is right now.

No translator on hand? No problem. Someone can describe what they need in Spanish — or dozens of other languages — and CMinLink answers in that same language, with real, local services.

  • The whole app — screens, buttons, reports — available in Spanish for your team

A ministry-run platform,
not a vendor

CMinLink is a program of Bridgeway Community Initiatives, Inc., a North Carolina nonprofit — built by people who have staffed the benevolence desk, taught the Sunday School class, and watched referrals disappear into hope. We built the tool we needed.

AI in service of ministry

Never a replacement for it. The assistant listens and matches; your people decide, serve, and follow up. Human judgment stays in charge.

Crisis reaches humans first

Emergency language is detected before any AI responds. People in danger are pointed to 911 and 988 immediately — every time, no exceptions, and no setting can turn it off.

No church left out

We hold a small number of subsidized deployments each year. If price is genuinely the barrier rather than the question, write to us and tell us about your ministry.

🚨

This Application Is Not for Emergencies

If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. For the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call or text 988. CMinLink is for non-emergency community service referrals only.

Watch a referral close the loop — with your community’s services in it

Twenty minutes, your real scenarios, no slides. Bring the hardest “where do I even send them?” case your team has faced.

Prefer email? Write to us directly — a person answers, not a funnel.

The next person who asks for help shouldn’t be a guess.

Your county’s providers are already loaded. You could log your first referral this afternoon.
